As long as it is not from a deli counter that has been sat under a heat kight it is fine....make sure u eat pre packed meats or cooked meats. Meat that has been sat under a light in a deli counter will carry listeria. X

I just found this out a week ago and I've been craving turkey subs a lot so naturally I indulged myself unaware. But nothing bad happened and I have two other kids this is my 3rd pregnancy. But now that I know eating cold deli meat is not good for you I would heat up my meats now just to be safe

Are you talking about a fresh turkey sandwich,  like Thanksgiving leftovers?
