Contractions. FTM
Can you have contractions that are only really painful in your back? I have s dull lingering lower back ache, but every 10-12 minutes, the pain in my back will suddenly become excruciating and i cant even breathe and my stomach gets tight. It lasts for about 30 seconds then i feel instant relief. Im 39 weeks 2 days!
I guess they were just warm-ups cause they stopped :( blahh. I was hoping it would be the real thing.

They have been consistently 10-12 minutes apart for about 1 1/2 hrs.
Sounds like back labor. A lot of women describe it that way. Have you been timing them? Are they consistent?
