Tylenol during pregnancy (6 weeks)?

Can you take Tylenol during pregnancy, I know you can but can you cause I am only 6 weeks & in my first trimester. My docter said its okay to take one every 4-6 hours but I am still just worried to take it this early on, don't want anything to happen to the baby or anything.

It is safe. The side effect you need to watch for is it can cause constipation to get worse. It will not hurt baby.
