Upper back pain!
Ugh! on my top left shoulder blade, right underneath in the back, it hurts so much!! like a horrible ache! I called my mom & she said it was prolly just a gas bubble. im almost 35 weeks--- anyone else experience bad upper back pain right below the shoulder blade??
Best advice i have for upper gas release would be to rub your armpits. . No joke! Definitely rub the inside of armpits bet it will woke wonders if it is gas
I had the same pain and I believe it was because of my bra, my breast have gotten bigger and heavier since I've been pregnant so that might be the reason for ur pain too
Okay thanks! Its super uncomfortable! It could be my boobs because I just went up a cup size last month! I was wondering if they were gonna get any bigger & they sure did! lol Im a small C cup so it was a huge difference when my bra didnt fit anymore-- that could be it! Never thought of it! lol
