I personally do the OCM (oil cleansing method) at night! Look it up on pinterest. For a toner I use apple cider vinegar (mixed with some water to dilute it). And I wash with honey in the mornings

Hey, in the beginning of my pregnancy I was also suffering from hormonal pregnancy acne and I continued to maintain a good skin routine and find that it's really helped keep the acne at bay. I still have some spots but not nearly and many as at first. I wash my face morning and night with a gentle cleanser and then exfoliate 3 times a week with a scrub or exfoliating gel. I also change my pillow cases and wash my makeup brushes regularly. It sounds like a lot of work but totally worth it to have nice skin. It takes awhile for any new products or routine to work so give yourself some time to adjust if your switching your routine while pregnant. Also my doctor said my skin should go back to normal after once my hormones return to normal.

I had terrible acne in the first months. I'm light skinned and I had these horrible red pimples all over my nose and they were big and I couldn't pop them or anything. I also got them between my eyebrows and on my chin. Now I have pretty clear skin again but it's normal because of all the hormones since your pregnant. What I did even was was my face every time maybe 3 times a day and at night I would leave toothpaste and it dried them but it takes time

Before becoming pregnant i would use gels from my dermatologist but some of those have unknown risks during pregnancy so now i try to make my own stuff like the post before. My favorite is just lemon juice! Its so cheap too.. i wash my makeup off and put that on with a cotton ball and rinse off after 30 sec and apply a moisturizer. I keep it in the fridge so its refreshing.  I suffered really bad with acne too but a few ppl on here taught me about the lemon juice. Use sugar or baking soda (or powder i cant remember) for an exfoliating agent.

I had it terribly for a while, and instead of trying to figure out if chemical stuff was safe, I made my own face wash, and my face hasn't been clearer since before I hit my teens! I use a mix of equal portions of sugar and honey, and then about half that portion of lime juice. It's a little more messy, so I just use it in the shower, but honey is a natural moisturizer, lime is a natural astringent to tighten pores, and the sugar acts as the scrubbing agent to buff away dead skin. And it's all natural! Not to mention you save so much money. I've packaged and gifted it to people and they always tell me they don't know why I don't sell the stuff! Lol.
