As long as you're eating healthy it's jot a big deal. Honestly I think b I forget more than I remember to take them.
Mine were making me really sick so I told my doctor. He switched me to Flintstones chewables. I take them twice a day and it seems easier for me to remember because I take them in the morning and before bed.
I tried all three types prescribed by my doctor even the flinstones. All three made me very sick so he told me to stop taking them. Haven't taken them since beginning of November
I have three children and I am pregnant with my fourth. All I ever did was take a woman's multivitamin it has everything but iron in it and if you eat things with iron in it you will be fine. My three older children are in perfect health ages 12-6
