First Time Mummy.

I just want to know if its okay to exercise at 20+2days pregnant and what kind of exercise is best just want to stay fit? And if it is true that when you breastfeed it helps to lose the baby fat?

Excercise is absolutely safe in pregnancy and doctors are bow recommending it. I currently do Body Attack & Body Pump (however avoid any excercises on your back as this stops the blood to your uterus) Also breast feeding is suppoesed to help with with lose.
