Vomit question

Today I went to sleep and didn't take my prenatal
I kept tossing and turning til I finally got up & went to the restroom (diahrea) and I stayed up cause i felt bad then I threw up water but the taste was nasty like burning/poison kind of taste..slightly like a prenatal taste.
Anyone have this happen to them? I just want to know I'm not throwing up something I shouldn't. I know it's not possible to throw up amniotic fluid but the taste felt like it was something of the babies?
I feel like something wrong with the baby my stomach doesn't feel good at all.

Its stomach acid. That happens when you puke on an empty stomach, so even if you throw it up just make sure to eat something. I had awful morning sickness and it happened to me quite a bit

Probably stomach acid it's the nastys taste yuh have ever tasted? If yuh thru up water to most likely was that I throw that up all the time say I eat go number #2 in the bathroom and later on throw up because I went #2 I don't have anything I ate to throw up so I threw up acid. It happens to me in mornings and I hate it

Probably something you ate that did you no good and since it's mixed with your stomach acid it came with that taste. I doubt it's anything that has to do with baby.
Your stomach probably hasnt gotten rid of all of the bad food.
