Waist Training
I wanted to try a waist training corset a couple months after birth (when I have the Ok to workout). What do you ladies think about it? I've heard both sides - that it works / it doesn't work. I'm very curious. Has anyone tried it before?
Im going to when I have the OK to workout. My mom did it. It worked for her. Yeah, im going to for sure.
