I don't really see a point in waiting, that baby will come on its own time, walking or not. I walked every day twice a day at least a mile each time and my son came at 41+1. While the walling probably won't help labor come before your ready, it will help keep you in shape and give you extra stamina to make it through labor. So start now. ;)
I'm in my 8th planning to start walking as soon as I enter 9th first day, does that sound right?
Walk as much as you can! Most first babies come late so try to be active to help prevent that!!!
Yikessss I have just found out I'm pregnant! My first one! So scared!!! Any tips?
U should have started walking upon entering the ninth, or thats what our doctor suggests :) A lot!
I would say as far as u can go and take breaks in between. I plan to start once I turn 36weeks. At least 30mins a day power walking and bouncing on the birth ball rest of the day. Helped alot with my first.
With my first I started to walk a month ahead of my due date. I would walk for a mile+. Everyday. I also bounced on the corner of the bed, did squats, and had sex. My daughter still came out 4 days late. It's never too early to start. Just remember to rest too.
