Nose Stuffy At Night?

Does anyone nose get stuffy at night. Idk if it's sinus. Does anyone have a humidifier & will it work??

I've learned how to sleep with my hand on the side of my nose so that it opens my nasal cavity on at least one side.

Ok & thanks guys. I will try the vapor rub but I have my central air on alot so ig on the cool days I"ll try. Like literally I can't even smell my breath at night lol.6 more weeks & im done with pregnancy.

I put vicks vapor rub around my nostrils. Humidifiers work well to. I would say try it out. You can find semi cheap ones at like walmart cause some to be very costly

I've been the same throughout my pregnancy, too, and I've tried literally everything. Allergy meds (that are baby safe), nasal sprays, dehumidifiers, etc. No relief. Unfortunately I read on WebMD (and via confirmation from my midwife) that there's little you can do if none of those alternatives work. So you learn to just deal with it :/

All the time during this pregnancy .. I rarely get relief

Yeah I try but it's getting worser the more months I get. It's annoying lol.

I've been congested my whole pregnancy but mostly at night. I don't know why but i haven't tried anything. I've just learned how to deal with it i guess.
