I suggest seeking support from people you trust. You dont want to bottle up your emotions especially hurt ones. Try to eat really healthy, skipping the junk foods for awhile. Drink lots of fluids especially water. Dehydration can make you feel out it too. Sleep deprevation takes its toll on the emotions as well. When feel like you cant for you do it for the baby. I had hell break loose in my last pregnancy and became severely depressed. But I applaud you for posting looking for options and support since i never did and it became a bigger problem for me. Talking to someone may not fix the situation but at least let out some tension and may give you a new perspective.

For about a week I lost my appetite as well. I forced myself to eat and I wouldn't realize I hadn't ate until I felt sick. Pretty sure it was stress because I am better now. Just make sure you remember to eat, everything will be okay :) good luck to you.
