he's almost here..

I'm 17 and I'm 35 almost 36 weeks pregnant. I'm scared. This is my first child and I am almost terrified to give birth.. The closer the time comes the more depressed I feel. I know my life will never be the same after having a child but that's not what scares me. I'm engaged to be married in with the child's father, my mother and whole family supports me but.. Giving birth? Probably the worst most frightening thing I could think of right now...

I'll be very honest it is very scary and it hurts. I don't recommend an epidural, it didn't last very long and the after effect is awful. I'm pregnant with my fourth child and in 35yrs old. I still get scared and all of my deliveries were natural and weren't so bad not even as painful as I imagined. But still scary.all I can say is in the end it will be worth it, when your baby arrives and then you will have a whole new set of worries. I walked..a lot with all my pregnancies..a lot. And it helped. I talked to other pregnant women that were honest with me about what it's like.I had a great support system. It doesn't take away the fear and concerns completely but it helps give you a better understanding of what you're really getting into. Stay positive and brave.Good luck and congrats
