What can I take for cold?

I'm miserable with a sinus cold. I've put off taking something, but I'm finally caving in. What's the best thing to take safe for the baby?

My doctor told me I can take Tylenol pm. The kind that helps you sleep. She said don't use it a lot just when you need it and plainly take the doseage appropriately. I wish you quick comfort in feeling better.
