What can i do to dilate ?4 days until due date

Iv been having small contractions baby is really low. What can i do to get dilated im not dilated at all

Talk to your doctor about it. If the baby is still healthy and thriving there is no real reason to be induced before 42 weeks.

Honestly there is not much you can do, when your body is ready it will dilate. Sex and walking supposedly help but only if your body is ready to go into labor. Is there a rush to go onto labor before your due date? Because it is just an estimate and not an expiration date. I have heard from some people that they use evening promise oil, I've never tried it though.

There is no rush just don't want to go through the being induced thing. I want my body to naturally go into labor.

I guess it really depends on your body, having sex and your S/O releasing it daily in you will help. Apologies for TMI!
