With my first born I ate junk constantly. I craved poptarts and hot pockets. I've always been a junk foodie. I didn't stop during my pregnancy with him. This time around I haven't eaten much junk simply because I'm nauseous 24/7. I wouldn't stop eating it, I would just add some healthier foods to your diet. The only things u really CANT eat during pregnancy are deep sea fish (high mercury levels), unpasteurized dairies, and alcohol. Avoiding caffeine is also recommended but I still have my coffee in the am.
Most anything is fine in moderation. So unless your eating junk food all the time, I wouldn't be worried. A little bit of junk food to satisfy craving is fine, just don't make it your whole diet.
Stay away from raw meats, unpasteurized cheeses. A lot of people will say you can't eat fish, hot dogs or deli meats. I think all those are fine, once again in small moderations.
And unless your friends & family are all doctors, the only person you should really listen to is your doctor.
