What to pack?

So I'm a first time mom. I'm 33 weeks only 7 weeks to go. It can be less than that so time is close! I been wondering what I need to pack for the baby when I deliver? Does the baby need outfits for the days he will be in there or just one for the day we go home? How does this work? Please help!

I'm expecting baby 5.  Our bag will have:
Maternity clothes for me to wear home, nursing bras, toiletries, a brush, a blanket for NE and one for my husband (hospital linens suck), pillows for both of us, a towel for each of us (we learned these the hard way), snacks, clothes for my husband, phone chargers, breast pads.
For baby, two out fits in different sizes, blanket, car seat, burp cloths, hat.

For me I have a sweater some leggings and maternity shirt, two panties a nursing bra, nursing pads, travel size personal hygiene needs even though hospital provides it for me I'd rather take my own like toothbrush toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, q tips, hairbrush, hair ties. For baby I have a onesie, receiving blanket, one warm outfit, blanket car seat some baby wipes, diapers only like 5 some booties and a baby beanie. The hospital where I have my babies usually provides pacifier, baby bottles, formula, diapers, onesies, receiving blanket so I really don't pack much. Oh yeah and my identification card & insurance cards. I have 6 days till my due date so any day for me now. Congratulations and good luck.

As a fourth time momma, I wanted to let you know what's in my hospital bag. For me I have chapstick (the single most important thing to me because they don't let you drink during labor and with a long labor your mouth will get dry), hairbows, hairbrush, toiletries, nursing pillow, nipple cream, fuzzy socks, and a clean pair of small maternity clothes .

For baby, I have the carseat, winter carseat cover, mittens, socks, the outfit to have her hospital pictures made in, an outfit to bring her home in, a couple swaddling blankets, and a strechy blanket.

You won't need dialers wipes bottles or pacifiers the hospital provides all that while you're there.

You'll want one baby outfit and a swaddling blanket for sure. I don't know what else though I'm also stuck on what to pack :/
