Whats the best way to stop Morning Sickness.

I am 7 weeks pregnant and no matter what I eat or drink I get sick to my stomach and want to throw up all the time. What is the beat way to stop it.?

Lemons! Even smelling them helps!

Sprite, crackers, peanut butter sandwich, mints , and pickles were the only thing I ate during my 1st trimester. Plus my doctor prescribed me ssome nausea meds. I also loved Popsicles lol

Mine was so aweful, I'm 24 weeks and have had no real morning sickness for a couple months now that god! But all I could do was take Zofran and eat enough to survive, I even dropped weight in my first trimester, which my doctor assured me is 100% normal. So try some Zofran, nothing else helped me, all those other remedies made me sick

Everyone is so different, I don't want to scare you but I'm 34 weeks and have not gotten over morning sickness.. lol its been a challenge but my Dr prescribed me diclectin, (not sure if you have it in the states) but it's the only medication that I've been able to function on! Good luck hun!

i carried 6 different flavors of gum in my purse.   greatly helped!

Try eating crackers, gatorade, fresh air, chew gum, a lollipop, a sip of coke,  i hope you feel better soon

I'm 9 and was feeling the same, but a ginger biscuit first thing and then whenever you start to feel sicky, really does help!
