At first my teeth seemed in bad shape too.... So I started to take calcium pills too add ever since then, they seem whiter and aren't so sensitive... I'm actually going to the dentist too.. I have a few cavities lol I haven't has dental work since I was a kid lol.. bad.
I have the same thing happening to me. My gums actually bleed when I suck on my teeth. It's really grossm I heard that the best thing to do is just drink milk like usual. It should help strength then back to how they used to be.
OK thank you! I don't take any calcium supplement & tbh I barely drink milk or anything so maybe that's the problem! I'm gonna call my baby doc today & see what I can take! Ty (:
When I was 7 weeks my back toothed chipped a little someone told me it was cause lack of calcium intake
So far I managed to avoid any issues with my teeth (almost week 38) - it may be thanks to the extra high doses of calcium and D3 supplements I've been taking from before pregnancy. I've also had little to no leg cramps in my legs for the same reason. My dr said that the only side effect these supplements might have on the baby is that he'll have stronger bones.
Ive suffered with my teeth right from the outset. Its because your gums are softer due to pregnancy....should go back to normal after your hormones settle :)
