Normal?

I feel like im going to throw up! , and its making me panic and want to cry!?!?

That's normal. You've got raging hormones on top of it all. You just got to try and calm yourself. Tell yourself it will pass and that you're not alone in it because all pregnant women experience it to and knoe what you're going through. Remind yourself you've only got (however much time you have left until the 2nd trimester. That's when all that intensity will lift. Good luck!

I felt like this right up until just a few weeks ago every day and eventually i would chunder, it's the worse feeling, I still now get it sometimes and im halfway don't see it going away anytime soon either. Hopefully it lays off for you just ride the wave it's not forever. Hope you feel better soon.

Just roll with it I know it ***** :( everytime I get sick I cry even if i just get nauseous now. Just breathe and try and relax, I know for me if I'm stressed I get nauseous. It'll be okay! And it gets better!

Oh my goodness ! I can't figure out why its making me wanna cry. I feel the nausea in my stomach all the way up to my chest and my throat . on top of that I have to pee (I'm in the car) I'm soooooooo panicky. This is not a good feeling :(

I felt like that for the entire first trimester. Felt like the world was coming down on me, but two weeks into the second trimester I've started feeling so much better. So far, pregnancy just seems so up and down, never know which way it's gonna go.
