Daddy is here

I know there probably aren't too many fathers on this app but me and my fiance just found out we're having a baby boy which broke the cycle in her family of all girls! Does that mean I have dominant traits that are being passed to our baby boy or does this not mean anything ?

Welcome. Gender not determined by genetic or recessive traits, but by chance. It is determined by the father though. Just depends on how fast the sperm can fertilize the egg. The sperm is either a boy or girl.

Yea, like she already said you determine the sex of the baby. So congrats!

The guy determines if it's a boy or girl. My family is full of girls but my husband's is full of boys. We are having our first boy.
