Worried about miscarriage!

I have never been pregnant before, but when I see the statistics for the first trimester miscarriage rate, I get anxious and can't get excited about the pregnancy.  We had a difficult road getting pregnant.  Any tips to keep calm and happy during the critical first 12 weeks?

Concentrate on the things you can control to optimize the pregnancy. Eat a  healthy high nutrient diet
with lots of spinach which supports pregnancy with folate, also fruits ,nuts, beans ,lots of greens! Check out Dr. Joel Fuhrman videos on line for more info.
Take a high quality prenatal like Garden of Life raw ,non GMO ,organic prenatal. Also I take Nordic Naturals Algae omega for DHA and EPA which is very important for babies brain development and in preventing post partum depression in moms.
Get lots of rest.
Be positive, stress is bad for you and baby!
Best regards!

If you have ot stuck in your head uts hard to get it out. Personally i never consider it an option but i know it can happen and im prepared for it but thats all you can do. Its like looking up skydiving accidents before going skydiving its not a good idea. Just dont panic and pay attention to the fun stuff like clothes and toys and read up on your birthplan and research the good things. My last pregnancy i spent my time online shopping and looking up different plans for my birthplan for my natural birth. And i watch documentaries on it and just got myself pumped for the big day and what could go right not what could go wrong.
