Everyone I know failed the one hour and passed the 3 hour. So hopefully you are like me. They said my 3 hr was just fine.

I'm 30 weeks along and I have to check blood sugar 4 times a day and on insulin 4 times a day too. My son is weighing in at 3.7 pounds. I see a diet Dr and I go in to ob 2 times a weeks to check on little man. It is hard but if its what u have to do that's what u do.

Don't worry I failed mines too then I also failed the 3 hr test and now I'm seeing a dietician and checking my blood sugar everyday 4 times a day and keeping a food journal and Im eating healthier and turned everything around from nonfat milk to Almond milk to regular sugar to stevia and watching my carbs and eating High protein and walking everyday and just keeping my bad habits on check of course it's hard in the beginning of the diet but you will get use to it and of course I get cravings here n there and I cheat but today I went to my 33 week ultrasound my babu weighs  5.14 hes weighing in as if I was 35 weeks along so I have to really keep my diet on check and your Dr will monitor you and if you can keep your blood sugar under control then you will not need to get on medication. God luck

You'll go back for the 3 hr. A percentage of those who fail the 1 hr pass the 3 hr. So don't worry yet
