Your Advice????

I am 25 years old & I'm having my daughter in March. The father is a very good man. He's very hard working & supportive. We've talked about what my employment decisions would be after the baby gets here but I'm a little weary on a few things. For one thing, I know I should have done this sooner but I want to go to school to be a nurse. I've always waitressed at nice restaurants but I want a career. I want my daughter to be set up for life. We don't have thousands n thousands to pay cash through school so I'm going to apply for loans / grants to help so I'm wondering have any new mom's had a fairly easy time going to college with a newborn & also whens a good age for the baby before leaving them to take classes each week?? I want What's best!

I dont have experience but id say wait a few months after baby is born before you decide anything, You never know how you'll feel. Might want to start asap might need some time but i dont think anyone else can tell you that

I have started my entry course into RN and it went for 10 weeks. 5 weeks in the classroom 5 weeks doing prac. I have a 2 year old in pre school 2 days a week and I also work in retail. My husband works night shift so it worked out perfect for us I'd leave early morning and then when I got home he would leave. I got pregnant a few weeks before my prac ended and now I've decided to raise my new baby when he comes in April for atleast 18 months before starting a 4 year fulltime course. I am the same as you i work but it's not my career, so my plan is to raise my kiddies and then really work hard toward gettung my career and by the time I'm finished both my kids will be in school and I'll havery my course atleast finished and working in that field. I feel like that's bestfor me Ii dont want to miss out on my babies growing but at the same time they deserve the best so I think 18 months is reasonable :)
