Zoloft side effects

Took my first dose of Zoloft yesterday around 5:00 I took it with a half a granola bar and a lil milk, went to my dads house for dinner... 25min after I eat it hits me lile a brick wall... I never felt so disoriented which was fine nd all.. whatever I went home took a shower ate aome watermelon and went to bed.. woke up around 1:30am only to puke up everything I ate for dinner... and I kept puking till my stomach was completely empty! Idk if it was thw Zoloft or if it was my mom's ceaser salad dressing! I looked at the side effects it doesn't say vomiting is a side effect..
tonight I plan on taking it after I eat dinner to see how it effects me then.. really hoping the baby just didn't like my moms ceaser dressing.. I don't wanna puke again...
has anyone else had this problem?

I've been on Zoloft my whole pregnancy. And I've never had that effect. Maybe you should call your dr.

I took zoloft as a teen, and almost instantly broke out in hives. Lol

Normally u would never get involved in a chat like this but.... You should NEVER ever take mind altering drugs while pregnant!!! You should have never. Listened to your doctor on that one!!! You are capable of finding your own information. And doing what works for you. You could have taken the natural route. But please do not take Zoloft while pregnant. These doctors do not know everything and they are not all out to so what's Best for you!!!!

I was prescribed zoloft over 10 years ago, in an attempt to help me sleep better. It had the opposite effect and made my insomnia worse. I was taking effexor before I got pregnant last time and have a perfectly happy, healthy 3.5 year old. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and still taking it

With my last pregnancy that ended in miscarriage my doctor prescribed a drug for a possible ear infection that was rated a c in pregnancy which caused birth defects or loss of pregnancy. Doctors prescribe unsafe drugs while pregnant all the time. I did my research and did not take the drugs.

It's not.. or my doctor wouldn't have givin it to me if it was bad for baby!!!! I never had depression till I was pregnant with this baby..

I had terrible side effects from Zoloft not pregnant. I would be terrified to take while I was pregnant. It has to be very unsafe for baby. Hope you feel better.
