about 15 weeks and done with being pregnant

I am so SICK of being SICK! if I vomit one more time this week I might lose my mind. I know I dont have it as bad as some people but thats probably because I couldnt handle more. I sure hope this whole nausea thing ends soon. Its already lasted longer than they say it "should"

My advice, Saltines. Always have a thing of Saltines by your bed side. When you wake up, eat 3-5. When you're eating and start to feel a little sick to your stomach, eat 2 or 3. Having those with me has really helped. Another thing, make sure to stay hydrated. Drink tap water if possible, it has minerals in it that you need. You crave it in the end, I know I do. I couldn't keep anything down, even water and it turned out that I was dehydrated and the only water that would stay down was tap. I got relief between my 14th and 15th week. I'm 16 weeks today so it will get better sooner or later. I know those things helped me a lot.

I know how you feel!  :-( I've been vomiting since I found out i was preggo,  I'm now almost 19wks. Earlier today i was throwing up saliva then bile bc my stomach was empty.  I haven't kept any food down at all in the past 3 days. I feel I'm just getting worse so i called the doc and got a prescription to help with nausea and vomiting. Hoping this helps!  Good luck to you and know your not alone!

Mine didn't go away till the middle of my 5th month. I lost 26 pounds and was in the er often getting fluids. O could barely drink. The only thing I could sometimes keep down was watermelon or yogurt (Idk why)
None of the oils the doctors gave me helped at all. And everything I ate tasted like raw meat. It's ruined a lot of foods for me to this very day. I am so so sorry you're still sick. I feel your pain. I'm 38 weeks and still throw uo everyday just not as bad. I hope you start feeling better !
