acid reflux

Has anyone experienced acid reflux?  If so what r some tricks to get rid of it other than tums? I just cant knock it with anything other than chocolate milk.

Thanks ladies imma steal all the pillows tonight and yes choc milk really helps but unfortunately my daughter loves it just as much haha so we go through it like nothing. I did drink some white milk 2% but its not as think so hopfully it last and zantac I havnt tried that yet ill consult my doc and make sure I can take it!!!!

Dont eat anything within a few hours before going to bed. Drink a glass of chocolate milk bout an hour before bed. And if you have to have somethin to drink throughout the night, sip on a glass of water. Prop up with pillows so your not laying down flat. But sometimes, i get it regardless of if I've ate or drank anything or if i prop up. In that case, Zantac 150 maximum strength is my best friend.

I have to sleep with three pillows

I have it very bad.  I easy tiny meals throughout the day, do not easy past 7pm,and sleep on 2 pillows to prop up my head.  This has helped a lot
