After I got pregnant I notice my face got cleared of acne its smooth,and clear! & I love it!! because before I got pregnant I would get a lot of acne all over my T zone area really bad.. Anyone else having the same or have had the same awesome issue?? After my pregnancy will my acne back:/??
I had the same problem. I had bad hormonal breakouts. If I was in birth control or pregnant I didn't have a problem. I had other side effects from birth control so I decided to get off of it and the acne returned. I tried everything OTC for acne. I even tried proactive and it did nothing for me. So then I realized it was related to my hormones. I found a natural treatment. It's an herb called vitex fruit. It can take a couple of your cycles to take affect. It works by balancing your hormones naturally with your pituitary gland. It had natural estrogen properties. All you do is take one capsule a day and your skin will be clear. The only problem with it is if you are on birth control it can make it less effective since it can alter your hormones. You can search vitex fruit and acne and get more info on it.
I typically struggle with cystic acne on my face but it's been looking really well lately. Unfortunately I've gotten acne about everywhere else.
