Hello I am only 4 weeks pregnant...and my acne is painful and nasty. What did you guys use to get rid of them? Thanks.

If you haven't had acne before, you probably just need to wait for your hormones to balance. Being so early in your pregnancy your hormones are at their highest and are crazy. If you do use something make sure it does not contain salicylic acid. Using that can cause birth defects.

I use clean and clear morning burst and night relaxing it comes as a twin pack at Walmart for like $8.00 something I use it every morning and every night it works for me...I recommend trying it

I haven't had any acne at all, but try Clean & Clear foaming face wash. It has an antibacterial ingredient (not salicylic acid) that gets rid of bacteria. Also, Dr. Lin's Hydrating Gel is good to use instead of fame cream, and might soothe painful acne. I'm not sure, since I haven't had any breakouts,these are products I've just always used daily that might be helpful.
