advice please..idk if im over reacting..

My husband and I have been deep cleaning getting  everything  ready before the baby comes,  we have one day left! .  He left a few boxes out and since he's out with his son today(took him out for his bday) I decided to go through  them to try and clean up. Well I found some cards I've given him and some roses but he also had cards from his sons mom and pictures and he also had a letter and some pictures  with a different  girl... I got really upset because I trust him so much,  but why would he have those things put away if he says it means nothing to him? Doesn't it clearly mean something  if he has them put away for so long? Idk I feel so confused.. I feel so hurt

To be honest he may have even forgot he had them... My husband has a hard enough time remembering where he left his wallet let alone remembering what's in boxes that haven't been opened in probably quite some time.

Thanks ladies… I guess I just got  butthurt because I think diffrently.  Since I dont  have any kids with anyone else I threw everything away from past relationships when we got married and moved in together... I guess I'm just a little emotional.

As long as they aren't recent pictures and stuff no need to worry. People like to hold onto memories, especially if it's the mother or father of your child. I always think of it like this, if something were to happen wouldn't you want something to show your child to remind them of mom or dad? ... As for the other girls, again it's just memories and you have nothing to worry about. I'd just tuck the box away in the attic or a closet and forget about it.

My partner has a box with things from his exes aswell. Not a big deal! Its not a reason to lose trust.goodluck bringing your precious baby into the world, focus on that!!!
