after birth csection girdle?
I am 36 weeks pregnant and I wanted to know how long after vaginally delivery You could wear a girdle and also a csection how long after giving birth could you wear a girdle or at least recommend to start wearing a girdle for either/or procedure??
Ask the nurses at the hospital if they have some type of abdominal support thing.. if they don't, I'm sure after discharge you can buy something like it.
Ask your doc but the hospital gave me abdominal support type of girdle after my c-section. I asked for it when I was getting discharged because I feel my organs were all over about to fall out. I'm not kidding, it felt like that. It helps adjust organs inside.

Also wondering same thing because it will help tighten up the loose skin.
