almost 2 months late and negative tests

I've taken a handful of tests and they all say not pregnant although my hubby is convinced one of them was a faint positive... I took a digital this morning and said not pregnant. I am now on cd 46 and 18 days late with absolutely no signs of AF coming anytime soon although due again in a week. Anyways, I'm having all of the symptoms of pregnancy including really bad nausea, cramps, headache, bloating, fatigue, pee all the time, super gassy, diahhrea/constipation, etc. Hubby is convinced I am pregnant because I agree this way when pregnant with my son. He told me I was but I said no and didn't test until 9 weeks along and got bfp. I am not taking any meds or have any new stressors. Could I be pregnant or am I just imagining it?

I didn't get a positive until I was nearly 9 weeks pregnant my doctor even told me I wasn't pregnant wasn't until I got blood tests for polycystic ovaries that showed possible pregnancy that I actually found out .. good luck :)
