Im 30 weeks and high risk
. so far ive had a very rough pregnancy. And that has added to me feeling alone. Plus there is no father, so i understand feeling alone. The last couple of weeks have been much better tho. Now that im further along my family is around more and everyone is more about baby so that helps. I understand how you feel but hang in there, it does get better. And you are not alone

You're welcome. I hope you feel better. Keep your doctor updated with any concerns, especially if it gets worse. That's what they're there for :)

I've had a lot of anxiety with this pregnancy which puts me at higher risk for postpartum depression. It's not uncommon. Unfortunately, doctors don't like to treat depression in pregnancy unless it's absolutely necessary. It's important to mention it with your doctor. I've read recent research linking depression and anxiety with gut health so I've been eating lots of vegetables and oatmeal and then adding probiotics into my daily routine through yogurt like Activia and Chobani. Getting outside has also improved my mood tremendously.
