For me I stayed away from all starch like breads etc. I mainly ate cereal yogurt fruit and little portions of meat. I biked in the morning and then again after dinner. I would put on sweat pants and a sweat shirt so I would sweat more. I lost close to 20 lbs in a month. I also did sit ups. Lifted weights etc. You can do anything you put your mind to.
Rollerblading and breastfeeding worked like a charm

Most of my pregnancy came off in the first couple of months from pumping...my daughter couldnt latch on my breast, so i pumped and to my luck i lost all the weight fast...dont overdo the eating just becaude you are breastfeeding. ..good luck!
