always cold

I know its winter which might make this sound stupid but I'm constantly cold. I used to be able to go out in snow in shorts and a T-shirt. But since I've gotten pregnant I can't handle any cold. My house is at 74 and I even have a space heater in my room and I'm still freezing. Is this because of a body change due to my pregnancy and is there anything I can do about it?

You might want to have your doctor test your blood for low iron or anemia. I have that same problem especially while I'm pregnant because the baby needs so much . Your doctor can prescribe you an iron supplement or you can buy it over the counter at any pharmacy . I hope this helps and good luck and congrats on the pregnancy.
