In my 7th month as well and yup! Constantly overheated. I have a fan positioned at the foot of my bed that is on every night regardless of temp outside and I usually can't even handle a sheet on me, and I've got another in the living room haha. Of course it doesn't help when it's hot outside too. The air conditioning is broken in my office and the other day it was nearly 30 degrees (celsius) indoors. When it's really hot I take cold showers to try and cool my body temp just be careful not to start with ice cold water cause you could shock your body and even faint. Start Luke warm and gradually turn it colder, it feels amazing! A cold press on the back of your neck or on your feet can also help. While I'm at work I always have a fan blowing on my feet under my desk, I find it helps combat swelling too!

I had alot of high body temp in the first trimister i showered very often to try and get cool but i only stayed cool for like 10 mins. You just have to find ways to stay cool. Use your Ac or fan n shower every hour or so if you can.
