I am 3 months and I have only gain and lost the same one pound. But I can see my clothes has got tighter so I know my baby is growing.  It really how you eat and exercise.  I was losing weight when I got pregnant but my doctor don't want me to gain more than 15 pounds.  So when you already overweight it maybe a good thing when you underweight it may not be.the second and third trimester is the most important weight gain ones

With my first pregnancy i only gained 30 pounds all together. I didn't really start to show or put on wait till the second trimester and even then it was slow weight gain.
I think you are fine, if you weren't your dr would tell you and send you to a dietitian.

If the doctor says everything's fine, then everything's fine. I'm 23 weeks and gained 20 pounds so i'd love to trade places with you :)
