anti fungal cream

I used some anti fungal cream because I seemed to have contracted athletes feet from working and using the same shoes. I work at an old peoples home and use the anti fungal cream from there it's 2% miconazole nitrate cream I only used it one time it's by dermaRite. I called the advice nurse and she said to stop using untell I talk to my doctor. Will my baby be okay I'm 33 weeks tomorrow

I think the baby will be ok. What we do for his 12 yr old who gets it all the time is soak his feet in distilled vinegar for 5-10 mins. If its not gone that same day, do it for a few more days.

Hi
Its fine to use the cream you are using. It does not affect the baby. I used this same cream during my first pregnancy and was advised by doctors it is totally fine as you can use topical creams seeing as they do not absorb into the skin. I am now on my second pregnancy and unfortunately the athletes foot has returned once again and again the doctors have said it is perfectly fine to use this cream. I am 16 weeks and have started it already. So not to worry it is fine.
I actually might give the vinegar a go i was not aware of that, thanks miyu19 for sharing that!
