Try eating lots of papaya!! That helps me, I'm 35 weeks pregnant and that has been my remedy!! Works wonders lol increase your fiber, I also take chia seeds daily in my water.. There's different things you can add them to, I also add them to my smoothies!! Hope this helps:)

There is a powder the you mix with liquid that works wonders. My entire family takes it when needed. It's called Konsyl. Comes in orange or non flavored. We get the non flavored and mix it with the Welch's juice coctails. Great stuff

Its normal to be constipated during pregnancy. Your hormones slow down your digestive system. Trt prune juice at room temperature. If that doesnt work you should consider talking to your OB about taking a stool softener. Take care.
You should be having a bowel movement 1-2 times daily. Not having a bowel movement in 24 hour period means that everything in your intestinal tract turns toxic... your constipation sounds serious and you should talk to your Dr
High dose probiotic supplement, kombucha tea, fiber, fruit, veggies, water, and exercise should help
