I'm STILL sick most every morning and I'm almost twenty weeks. Keep some crackers by your bed... eat them before you get out of bed.

It happens to me like every other morning! But at the beginning of my pregnancy I had hyperemesis gravidarum. I don't know if you've ever heard of that. But I take zofran 8 mg every time I feel nauseous & it goes away within like 10 minutes. Try a higher dosage of your zofran ?

Try eating something or even saltine crackers and getting up slower. Not sure if this will help but worth the try

I'm 19 weeks with a baby girl. I wasn't as sick like you I only threw up like 4 times since August. Every one is different though. Try eating some saltine crackers and drink some water and lay down and take deep breaths. That's what I did when I felt sick and it helped me.
