I'm 18 weeks and I get bad headaches the pain is so bad that I have to take 1 everyday can that effect my baby girl?

I also take 81mg of aspirin daily, due to high blood pressure. But I would suggest Tylenol extra strength if wanting meds for headache relief. Can also try eating pineapple it relieves swelling and works well for headaches.

I know you can take Tylenol. Drink a little caffeine that should help
