baby is not as active.

Goodmorning ladies. For a couple of days now I have noticed that my baby has not been as active lately. Recently  I just had an ultrasound appointment & heartbeat was very normal 141. I am 31 wks. Any advice ladies?

Look for 10 movements in a 2hr period. Try anything cold and sugary. My baby likes when I eat popsicles or chew ice he starts going crazy. You can always get checked at your dr office if you are nervous but as long as you feel some movement you are alright.

Yeah its fine..this is my 4th baby and i have experienced less movement around your stage on my other 3 and doctor always tells baby is getting bigger and cant move around as freely but as long as your getting some movement throughout the day its fine plus babys sleep patterns can change too so it can be that too..as i said if its really worrying you just get your doctor to check you over for peace of mind for yourself

As long as your getting some movement it should be fine but if your really worried go get your doctor to check you over..baby is running out of room to move at your stage so it can cause movements to decrease...you could try drinking a really cold or sugary drink and lie down after it,it might get some movement goin to put your mind at rest
