So I had my 36 wk apt today, I'm 36+4. I had my growth scan, and he is measuring at 7.4lbs, and I didn't see all the measurements but his head is at 40wks! She also said my amniotic fluid is at 21cm, which is a bit more than average. When she did my internal she said I am extremely effaced but didn't give me a number. Also she said he is so low that she could feel his head and she couldn't get to my cervix b.c it's behind his head. I'm curious if anyone else has had a urging like this and how much longer till you went into labor?  She said I can go any time now and that I'm fat enough along and he's big enough that they wouldn't stop it
