This is my first pregnancy I'm 25 weeks and I was wondering how was your labor?  Is it really as bad as people say.

Every labor is diffferent and everyone has a different pain tolerance. With my first daughter i was surprised that my labor was easy. I've heard of first time moms being in labor for all these painful hours but mine was the total opposite. I did have pain medicine, not an epidural tho...the contractions felt like period cramps from HELL but this time i wanna see how long i can go without meds....I'd say i was in labor for maybe 10 hours about 4 pushes...things happened so fast I only remember gettin the meds at 12am and then having the baby at 4am...I'm more nervous this second time because I don't think ima have it as easy as the first...but if i could have labor like i did with my first i wouldn't mind having more babies lol

Each person's labor is different.. Some people have it easy, some don't.. For some, it's a matter of how much the pain threshold for that person is..  Me, I've had miscarriages that i thought were some of the worst pains i ever felt in my life.. But during real labor, there are often pain meds options.. I'm currently pregnant again with the first baby who will make it far enough to have a chance at survival but i have to do my birth by c-section
