personal but need some advice

Hi there. I was just wondering if it is normal to have some irritation and some pain in the perinatal area? Between your anus and vagina. I am 7 and a half months pregnant now and had bv early in my pregnancy. Could it have came back? Btw. There is no smell or anything just irritation when i touch it and it feels dry down there. And more discharge than usual I feel like. I am going to dr soon. Just wanted to know if any of your guys can give me some advice. To help ease the anxiety. I have been doing a lot of reading and know that bv causes preterm labor so I'm a little stressed about it. Please help if you can.

Bacterial vaginosis. It's a bacterial infection.

Anyways, I'd try to make the appointment for an earlier date or time. It could be nothing, like dry skin or it could be bv but you never know till it's checked out. Good luck!

If you are having pain. Go to the ER right away. I had my daughter at 27wks 3days. For a week before that I felt as if I had pulled a muscle. I also have BV which does cause premature births. Dont wait to see your doctor. Or call and make an appt sooner. If I were you knowing what I know today I would just go now. Not to scare you but you can never be to sure unless you have it checked.
Ps my daughter was perfect just born too soon. Shes now 3 1/2.
Good luck to you.
