You could do the one where you have different baby foods and they have to taste them and guess what they are.

I'm having a coed one this weekend, I'm having the guys drink beer out of a baby bottle first one dome wins.Also doing one with the pacifier necklace around your neck and can't say baby whoever gets more at the end of the day wins.. also having one with a pin and they can't cross there legs... doing the measurement of the tummy.

People could guess her due date or when they think the baby will come. You could get a yarn and have them guest the size of her belly. There's the drinking the baby bottle. Puzzles. When the baby shower start you give everyone a baby pin and they can't say "baby" the whole shower whoever ends up with the most pins wins. That's all I have lol hope it helps.
