baby small

What should i do or eat to increase my baby weight? i'm 23week now.. my baby weight just 500g only..

That weight is perfectly normal for 23 weeks. I'm not sure where your doc got mixed up but it's definitely well within the healthy weight range. You don't have to do anything different than what you already do. Healthy food with plenty of proteins and good fats is the best way to grow a baby.

Just eat more protein more frequently should have protien every2 hours thats what my dr told me

There is no way to know how much your baby weighs.  The doctor gives an educated guess.  Just eat healthy and take vitamins.   If your doctor told you the baby is to small ask your doctor what you should do.

Yes, my ob said my bby quite  small from its week. I so worry about this

Peanut butter && whole grain breads.

Eat lots of protein and carbs and good fat like peanut butter.. Also have shrimp if you like sea food
