back pain... please comment back

Anyone else have lower back pain or pain in between their shoulders ?

What is this from . And how did you deal with it

Iv had the same pain and also cramps and pins and needles in ny feet. Midwife diagnosed as siatica x

Im 34 weeks and i have the same exact pains you just mentioned. The shoulder pain went away when my boyfriend massaged it. But ot just keeps coming back. -__-

I m 33+ weeks and I have been facing back pain issues from almost 17th week. I have been doing yoga eversince then and it has helped me greatly. I still have lower back pain sometimes but it certainly is not too much. Heating pads and ample rest also help.

Im using a heating pad now , it sorta helps and round ligament pains suck. And so do braxton hicks contractions

I have been dealing with it also and my dr just says its round ligament pains.
