Omg my back is killing me I need relief.my fiance rubs my back but it doesn't work. Wat do y'all do for relief anything helps me
I have been seeing a prenatal chiropractor. Its been 2 weeks and nothin:/ no relief as of yet. Im not sure if a heating pad is ok or not but it sure sounds good
Try physical therapy. Look for a therapist that does strain-counterstrain.
