OMG my back hurting what can I do? Can't use a heating pad

I'm 38 weeks and I'm the same way , its really uncomfortable ..
Warm bath
My doctor said to use ice packs or s heating pad on a low level no more than 15 minutes.
I just asked that same question, with no response yet I'm 14 weeks and it's bad especially in the morning but I read online that I should not use a heating pad but I don't know if that's right (I didn't use it though ) to scared to lol can anyone help?
